Shipping Policy
We deliver our products to all the countries through a third-party courier. Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days.
Shipping cost
- Delivery fee to all Emirates is 30 dirham, except the Western region is 50 dirham.
- Delivery fee for the Netherlands is 7 euro.
- Delivery fees outside the Netherlands will be mentioned on the checkout page according to the country and location.
To avoid any delay in delivery, kindly make sure to provide the full address with your complete contact details.
Once the payment is completed, a notification email will be sent within 24 hours with the delivery details.
Exchange Policy
Our customers are allowed to exchange the items within a maximum of 7 days.
Furthermore, if our clients receive any damaged items, we will solve the problem without any costs for you.
We will arrange the repair or exchange of the item.
