Shipping Policy
We deliver our products to all the countries through a third party courier. Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days

Shipping cost

• Delivery fee to all Emirates is 30 dirham, except Western region is 50 dirham.
• Delivery fee for the Netherlands is 7 euro.
• Delivery fees outside the Netherlands will be mentioned on the checkout page according to the country and location.
• To avoid any delay in delivery, kindly make sure to provide the full address with your complete contact details.

Once the payment is completed, a notification email will be sent within 24 hours with the delivery details.

Exchange Policy

Our customers are allowed to exchange the items within maximum 7 days. 

Furthermore, if our clients receive any damaged items, we will solve the problem without any costs for you.

We will arrange the repair or exchange of the item.
