Return& exchange
Our customers are allowed to exchange the items within maximum 7 days. It is also possible get full refund back of a item by return in maximum whithin 7 days. Sale items are not allowed to be returned. It can take maximum 30 days to receive the full refund for the item.
Furthermore, if our client receive any damaged item, we will solve the problem without any costs for you.
We will arrange the repair or exchange of the item. If the damaged item cannot be repaired or replaced, you will receive a full refund for the item, if the item is returned in a ' as new’ condition’. The full refund will be made through the original payment methode whitin maximum 30 days. However, the client will bear all the original shipping and return costs.

- Delivery fee to all Emirates is 30 dirham, except Western region is 50 dirham.
- Delivery fee for the Netherlands is 7 euro.
- Delivery fees outside the Netherlands will be mentioned on the checkout page according to the country and location.
